Yes all jewelry at SMGL is Sterling Silver 925 and all our products come with 925 hallmark stamp.
What is your minimum order quantity? MOQ?
For most of the products there is NO MOQ, unlike many other sellers we like our customers to have a variety in their budget.
Is this a wholesale website?
Yes, we are the manufacturer of the products on our website as a result we promote wholesale buyers and also provide bulk discounts to all our buyers.
Are your stones real?
All of the Gem stones that we sell loose and use in our jewelry pieces are 100% real and natural. We follow fair wage policy and make sure that they are mined cruelty free.
Do you do Custom orders?
Yes, being a manufacturer our team comprises of experts in jewelry and gemstone making which is why we can make any given product. To have your own custom products made please fill out this form here.

We offer worldwide shipping on all our products.
Do you offer free shipping?
YES! All Our customers enjoy free Economy (2-4 weeks) International shipping on orders above $250.
If you dont qualify for free shipping – we have simplified shipping options. Economy shipping through DHL, EMS is Flat $20. UPS/FedEx Shipping is flat $40. Option available at checkout.
Note: Each Parcel is fully insured and have International tracking. Insurance charges included in Shipping.
Who are your shipping partners?
Unless our customer specifies any other service we use Fedex, DHL, DPD & India Post depending on location & service chosen at the time of checkout.
Will i have to pay duties/custom tax?
Although, we always provide lower value invoice compared to actual as in some countries you are liable to pay extra duties/tax on orders. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. If you live in a remote area, the remote area charges has to be paid by you.
How long is the shipping time?
We ship the parcel between 5-25 working days from finalization of Order time depending on quantity and complexity of order. Since we offer complete customization in all our designs, therefore most of the designs are made to order.
Please Note : Jewelry Orders during Festivals seasons such as christmas, easter etc. can take upto 4-7 weeks. Please reach out to us for an accurate date.

What payment methods do you offer?
Our company offers the facility to our customers to pay with the following options
Bank Wire Transfer: You can transfer funds to our Bank account in India by International swift wire transfer. Please find the bank details on checkout page.
PayPal: PayPal payments are auto integrated to the shopping cart. At the checkout process you will be suggested to select payment option and you can choose to pay using PayPal. Paypal guest checkout also offers facility to pay without registering using credit cards.
Credit Card/Debit Card: You may use your Credit/Debit card at the time of checkout using the World line secure service option.
Wishlist: You can choose this option if you just want to generate the invoice along with discounts for further customization or Payment steps by Email.
I want to cancel my order
Order cancellation requests will be accepted if the customer informs us within 24-48 hours after placing the order. As the goods are made on demand (unless from ready stock section) cancellation requests received after 48 hours can only be accepted if the buyer agrees to 15% deduction from principal amount as a cancellation charge.
